Class Schedule

 While it is not mandatory to sign in for classes we do ask that you try your best to do so. This allows us to plan better for those classes.
 We do have a policy that the members who are signed in have priority over the equipment. This means if there is a barbell movement that day and we have eighteen barbells the first eighteen signed in will use them. Any athlete over that number will have to use a different tool like kettlebells and still get a great workout.
